About Me

My photo
Bobby Lavon
Portland, Oregon, United States
Hi! I'm Bobby Lavon Peek, and I am a recent graduate of the Institute for Culinary Arts located in Omaha Nebraska. I am originally from Portland Oregon, my favorite place because of the wonderful food culture that exist. Oregon is enriched with culinary diversity and many successful chefs relocate there because this state has the ability to grow a variety of produce; it has a wonderful wine culture as well (third largest in the nation)! I am a third generation grill master who prides himself on perfecting the art of grilling and smoking, and I enjoy different barbecue cuisines from around the world! Thanks for taking the time to read my biography, and may you experience good health through smart eating!
